PhD student, Grace Vaziri

I am a PhD candidate and am broadly interested in how wild animals balance immune investment with other challenges, past and present. Currently, I am studying how local adaptations to winter climates have influenced immune phenotypes in wood frogs (Rana sylvatica). I received my M.S. at Iowa State University where I studied drivers of variation in the acute phase immune responses of wild songbirds. grace.vaziri@uconn.edu Google scholar profile
